The Red Carpet Viewing Party

On Sunday, February 9th at 5pm Nō Studios celebrated the 92nd Academy Awards with members, tenants, and a variety of other community members.  

The event started with live music by The Sunkin Suns - a Funkadelic Jazz Trio from Bayview, Wisconsin. Next Medusa Monologues gave us a preview of their upcoming show - a collection of multimedia productions that showcase the talent of Milwaukee-area womxn artists of all ages.

Nō Studios offered guests a champagne welcome, their very own red carpet, paparazzi, wine tasting by Bright Cellars and light hors d'oeuvres by The Cheese Tray Gay. And to top it all off, guests were able to fill out their own nomination ballot - those who guessed the most correctly won an Oscars trophy and beverage on us!
